Lecture:Expungment Process-Seal Conviction Records

Due to the great success of this lecture in March, the San Mateo County Law Library has invited Attorney Alex Easterbrook back to speak a second time on the issues of which convictions are eligible for expungement, what expungement can and cannot do to your criminal record, and how to apply for expungement.

A criminal record can adversely affect your life for years beyond the crime and punishment. It can hinder your ability to find gainful employment, obtain professional or commercial licenses, and be a consequence in future criminal proceedings. Restoring your good name may be possible by a legal court process known as expungement.

If you could not make the March lecture, this is your chance to hear Alex!

The public is invited to attend this free lecture at the Law Library (710 Hamilton Street, Redwood City) on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 12noon.

For more information please contact the Law Library at 650-363-4913.
