Immigration 101—Know Your Rights as an Immigrant!

There are many misconceptions and pitfalls when applying for immigration benefits which could have potentially irreversible consequences in the future. It’s important to have the most current and reliable information when deciding to move forward with any immigration application, so please come join us for a free presentation by Catholic Charities CYO’s Refugee and Immigration Services staff this Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 6:00pm. You will learn more about the various pathways to obtaining U.S. citizenship, your rights and responsibilities as an immigrant, and what you need to know about immigration reform. The presentation will be followed by a Q & A session.

The public is invited to attend this free presentation at the San Mateo County Law Library, 710 Hamilton Street, Redwood City. For more information please contact the Law Library at 650-363-4913 or visit online at www.smclawlibrary.org.
