Senior Citizens: How to Avoid Scams

It seems like everywhere you look these days there are new scams popping up, whether by phone, e-mail, or advertisements on the internet. Unfortunately, senior citizens are the most targeted group for these scammers. Come listen to Attorney Jay White discuss what you need to know to avoid these scams and what to do if you, or someone you know, has fallen prey to one.

The public is invited to attend this free presentation at the San Mateo County Law Library, 710 Hamilton Street, in downtown Redwood City. For more information please call 650-363-4913 or visit the Law Library online at www.smclawlibrary.org.
