Applicant/Owner: TOPOS Architects for San Carlos Stair
Application: Second review of a new submittal for a previously approved design of a 5,200 square foot, two-tenant warehouse building. The applicant has hired another architect and redesigned the building with a different architectural style under a new application.

MATTERS OF COMMITTEE INTEREST:

1. December 23, 2003 ARC meeting is canceled.

2. Courthouse Square design meeting will be held December 11, 2003 from 7-10 pm in the Redwood Room at the Veterans Memorial Senior Center, 1455 Madison Ave.
