Redwood City Public Art Grants
Purpose
Every year the Redwood City Civic Cultural Commission
allocates a small percentace of it's budget for
public art grants. When no suitable public art grant
requests are made and/or when other deserving public art
projects present themselves, the Civic Cultural Commission
may use the funds allocated for public art grants for other
Redwood City public art projects.
Grant Guidelines
At this time, there is not an approved set of grant
guidelines specific to public art grant requests. Please use
the "grant guidelines" and "grant application" found on the
Civic Cultural Commission page.
Public art grant requests should encompass the
following topics:
- Intent / Vision / Goals
- Site & Scope
- Artist / Artist Selection
- Budget
- Stakeholders
- Schedule / Milestones
- Risks
