Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine
by the City Council will be enacted by one motion and one
vote. The Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 minutes
of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor/Chair.
If you wish to speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please

technology services to the City of East Palo Alto.

Approve, by motion the three-year agreement to provide
information technology (IT) services to the City of
East Palo Alto and authorize the City Manager to sign
the agreement under which Redwood City will provide

Alto between July 1, 2008 and June 30, 2011.

for workers’ compensation services.

renewal of the agreement between the City of Redwood
City and CMI to act as Third Party Administrator (TPA)

Island Drive for purposes of Recycled Water Pipeline.

Easement granted by the owners of Westport Office Park

authorize the City Manager to increase the contract
amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded.

to California State Board of Equalization Sales and

1. Adopt a resolution designating Strategic Economics
as an authorized representative of Redwood City so as
to have access to all City sales and use tax records
of the California State Board of Equalization;
2. Approve Non-Disclosure Agreement with Strategic Economics.
RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE CALIFORNIA STATE BOARD
OF EQUALIZATION PERMIT STRATEGIC ECONOMICS TO EXAMINE
ALL OF THE SALES AND USE TAX RECORDS OF THE SAID BOARD
