Teen Center Hours

Come visit the teen center! We have computers just for teens, a flat screen TV for gaming and movies, tutors to help with your homework, board games and more! All teens grades 6th-12th are welcome in the center.

Teen Summer Reading Program

Program Instructions:
Join the Teen Summer Reading Club by reading books of your choice and submitting reviews.
Step 1. Read a book.
Step 2. Fill out a review.
Step 3. Turn in review to any Redwood City Public Library for the chance to win a raffle prize.

Enter additional reviews for more chances to win. Must be a teen going into grades 6th - 12th. All reviews must be turned in by August 31st.

2 lucky participants will win a set of Beats Solo HD On-Ear Headphones

Be a Volunteer

You can earn community service hours and do things like:

  • Help the Library Teen Council:
    1. create posters and flyers
    2. plan events for teens
    3. run events for teens
  • Help maintain the library collection
  • Lead teen programs

To apply fill out an application on the 2nd floor of the Downtown Library.
