Redwood City, CA - March 7, 2003 - As most working parents know, it's never too early to think about summer child care, and Redwood City's Kids Klub is getting ready now to meet summer, 2003 child care needs. Registration begins on March 17 for the Kids Klub State Licensed Child Care Recreation Program at Red Morton Community Center. Parents wishing to register should visit the Community Center at 1120 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood City.

Activities each week include a field trip, swimming, arts & crafts, special events, sports, free play, movies, and two snacks daily. This year Kids Klub will provide a nutritious lunch each day, and instructional swim to all participants at no extra charge to parents!

The program runs from June 23 to August 8, comprising of seven one-week sessions from 8 am to 5 pm. Kids Klub is a State-licensed program administered by Redwood City, and which has served the community for the past 25 years.

Here are the details:

• Fee: $160.00 per week for residents; $190.00 per week for non-residents
• Pre Care (7 am – 8 am): $18.00 per week for residents; $22.00 per week non-residents
• Post Care (5 pm – 6 pm): $18.00 per week for residents; $22.00 per week non-residents.
• Kids Klub also has spaces in the current school year program.
