Redwood City's "Kids Klub" Offers Convenient, Affordable After-School Care

Redwood City, CA - July 23, 2003 – With school starting again next month, many busy parents are rushing to develop an after-school care schedule that meets their family's needs. Redwood City's Parks, Recreation and Community Services department can help! Kids Klub is a State-licensed program administered by Redwood City, and which has served the community for the past twenty-one years. Kids Klub picks up children from year-round schools within the Redwood City School District, and transports them in a city vehicle to the Red Morton Community Center. Parents can also drop off their kids at Kids Klub. Kids Klub will pick up from Roosevelt, Hawes John Gill, Clifford, Selby Lane, John Gill, Orion, Adelante, and the North Star Academy.

Kids Klub provides high quality supervised after school care Monday through Friday in an enjoyable, fun, and nurturing atmosphere. Arts and crafts, games, movies, sports, and snacks are provided for children five-to-twelve years of age. The Kids Klub program is fully licensed and offers SIP-day care, inter-session care, low rates, low teacher-to-child ratio, fun and nutritious snacks, and above all, an experienced loving staff.
