Middle School Kids Invited to Redwood City Summer Dance

Redwood City, CA - July 7, 2003 – Kids are always looking for something to do during our warm summer evenings. And, parents are certainly looking for something for their kids to do! The Redwood City Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department is answering that need with a Middle School Teen Dance on Friday, July 25, 2003, from 8:00 pm until 10:30 pm.

The dance will be held at the Red Morton Community Center, 1120 Roosevelt Avenue. Advance tickets are only $5 (tickets at the door will be $10). Tickets are available at Red Morton Teen Center up until 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 24 (that’s the last day to buy advance tickets). DJ music will be provided by Music Systems, and there will be a special guest DJ making an appearance as well.

This dance is for middle school students only, and kids must have their student ID to get in. Those who will be entering 6th grade in the fall, or who just graduated from 8th grade are welcome.
