Plenty of Family Fun at Redwood City’s Halloween Spooktakular!
Redwood City, CA - October 16, 2007
- The fall season is here, and as the nights get colder and the leaves start to change color, children’s thoughts are turning to Halloween! And with Halloween comes Redwood City’s 11th annual Spooktakular event, taking place on Saturday, October 27th from 12 noon until 3 pm at Red Morton Community Center, 1120 Roosevelt Avenue in Redwood City.
Kids will thrill to carnival games, proudly show off their Halloween attire in a costume parade at 1:30 pm, experience the slime of our new Gooey Mad Scientist Lab, create Halloween mementos with crafts projects, and enjoy lots of other fun activities! Parents are encouraged to bring cameras to capture the occasion by photographing their child in the spooky Graveyard Photo Background! Redwood City’s Halloween Spooktakular is suitable for kids up to age ten - admission is just $5 per child.
The public is invited to bring the kids and enjoy tons of Halloween fun in a safe, creative, and festive family Halloween atmosphere.
