“Bluegrass on Broadway” Festival Brings Great FREE Music to Redwood City
Redwood City, CA - February 3, 2009 – From February 26 to March 1, Bluegrass music takes center stage at the Bluegrass on Broadway Festival in Downtown Redwood City. The Northern California Bluegrass Society is bringing top-notch Bluegrass entertainment to Redwood City with concerts, workshops, special programs, lectures, author’s symposium, children’s events, and even a film festival - and it's all free. The Bluegrass on Broadway Festival is produced in cooperation with the Redwood City Civic Cultural Commission, the Redwood City Public Library, Redwood City Friends of the Library, and Peninsula Christian Center. Here is the 2009 schedule of great, free Bluegrass events:
