Families Invited to Join the Fun at Redwood City’s Halloween Spooktakular!
Redwood City, CA - October 13, 2009 - The fall season is here, and as the rain comes down, the nights get colder, and the leaves start to change color, children’s thoughts are turning to Halloween! And with Halloween comes Redwood City’s 13th annual Halloween Spooktakular event, taking place on Saturday, October 24th from noon to 3 pm at Red Morton Community Center, 1120 Roosevelt Avenue in Redwood City.
Kids will thrill to carnival games, proudly show off their Halloween attire in a Costume Parade at 1:30 pm, explore their way through the mysterious Monster Maze, create festive fall crafts, indulge in Transylvania Treats, enjoy lots of other fun activities, and win prizes! Redwood City’s Halloween Spooktakular is suitable for kids up to age ten - admission is just $5 per child.
