Marlin Park Playground Renovation
IN PROGRESS
The Marlin Park Playground Renovation Project continues to move forward at an “ahead of schedule” pace. As the concrete
work is being completed, the contractor will then work on playground equipment installation, install fibar, add fencing, install
site furnishings, complete irrigation, soil prep, and then planting. We were targeting to complete the project in mid-August,
but if things continue to move as they are, we’ll look toward a July completion date. Here’s hoping! |

| Make Time For Fitness! |
 |
We did it again! Over 1000 4th grade students along with 200 volunteers took part in the annual Sequoia Hospital “Make Time
for Fitness” field trip at Red Morton Park. In partnership with the Sequoia Health Care District, San Mateo County Health, and
the School’s Wellness Committee, the team rallied the kids and held numerous games and fitness activities, nutrition
education, tobacco free education, and more! Thank you Adilah Haqq, Jodi Fernandez, Mark Yasdua and our awesome After
School Program Coordinators and staff! |
