Early AM & Lunchtime options!
Swim suit season is approaching...do you know where your abs are?
This military-style boot camp class will utilize your own body weight during a fast-paced routine, designed to keep your heart rate up while you achieve a full body workout. This class is very effective for increasing your endurance, stamina, building strength and for burning a lot of calories! Plus you will also expierience an overall sense of well-being. Class will include Cardio & Agility Training, Core Movements, Plyometrics, Reactive Training, Sprints, and Ab Sculpting. Check your new brochure for details or download our fitness info now!
 New Outdoor Fitness Equipment Installed!

If you've never been to a gym before because it was either too expensive, too trendy, or too intimidating, don't worry, we have one for you and it's located outside! Come by Red Morton Park, next the Wellness Center and the 49er field, and try out 10 brand new pieces of equipment that will get your heart pumping while you're having fun. We took out the old wooden (and splintered) par course and replaced it with Greenfield Sports Equipment.

The new fitness area is made possible through the Department's partnership with the Sequoia Health Care District. The District paid for half of the equipment as they see the unique benefit for park users having another opportunity to get fit. Enjoy!
