Community Activities Building (CAB)

One Room: 32' x 36' with party seating capacity of 50
Two Rooms: 64' x 36' with party seating capacity of 95
Three Rooms: 96' x 36' with party seating capacity of 200 (maximum)
Amenities Include:
- Large kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, lots of counter space, 60 cup coffee maker.
- Our staff will set up and remove tables and chairs for your event. Tables are 8' long and 2.5' wide.
- Located in beautiful Red Morton Park and offers free convenient parking.
Fair Oaks Community Center (FOCC)

- Classrooms/salones de clases
- These 25-person capacity rooms have screens, blackboards,
and sinks and can be used for a variety of activities including
adult education, meetings, workshops and special events.
- Multi-purpose room/salon de multi-servicios
- This 300-person capacity room is equipped with stage, movie
screen, tables, chairs and has an adjoining kitchen. The space
is ideal for receptions, theatre groups and large meetings.

Red Morton Community Center (RMCC)

- Conference Room: 20'x20'; lecture capacity is 20; table capacity
is 15;
- Classroom (one): Use of Room 3 or Room 4; 20'x30'; lecture capacity
is 35; table capacity is 30; party capacity is 20;
- Classrooms (two): Use of Rooms 3 and 4; lecture capacity is
60; table capacity is 50; party capacity is 45.
- Options for Conference Room and Classroom: stack chairs in classrooms,
upholstered chairs in conference room, overhead projector, screen,
easels (user provides tablets), podium, folding rectangular tables,
television and VCR, slide projector, white boards and pens, coffee
pot or 100-cup coffee maker.
- Options for Classrooms only: counters with sinks, patio with
gas BBQ, kitchen
- Gymnasium (full): 90'x120'; lecture capacity is 1200; table
capacity is 750; bleachers capacity is 500
- Gymnasium (half): 90'x60'; bleachers capacity is 150
Options for Gymnasium: Collegiate-sized main basketball court,
middle school sized crosscourts, glass backboards (crosscourt baskets
are adjustable to 8'), all can be listed to ceiling; mid-gym divider
curtain; bleachers (maincourt seats 350, crosscourt seats 150);
volleyball standards and nets (competition maincourt or three crosscourts),
volleyball officials' stands; badminton standards and nets for six
courts; two scoreboards (can be run together or separately); two
shot clocks; sound system (mikes, speakers, cassette, CD); roll-out
floor cover; shower/locker rooms, family changing room (users provide
own padlocks). Restriction: no food or drinks are allowed in the
gymnasium. Any provisions for seating beyond bleacher capacity must
be provided for by the user.
Sandpiper Community Center (SCC)

Veteran's Memorial Senior Center

hardwood floor, brick walls, commercial kitchen, stage, PA system.

small kitchen, blackout curtains, PA system.
- Goldstar Room: 60 seated, 40' x 30'. Features: vinyl tile floor,
small kitchen, blackout curtains, PA system.
- Little Theater: 280 seats. Features: full stage, dressing rooms,
PA system, wheelchair seating areas.
- Conference Room: 20 seats. Features: carpeted floor, seating
for 20 around wood conference table.
- Annex Room 28: 25 seated. Features: carpeted floor, suitable
for meetings or lectures.
- Sequoia Room: 70 seated, 40' x 50'. Features: vinyl floor, open
area for dance or exercise.
