- The Fair Oaks Community Center is one of seven "Core Service" agencies throughout San Mateo County providing basic emergency and support services including food, transportation, shelter referrals, housing assistance, client advocacy. The Core Service agencies work in close collaboration with the county Human Service Agency to provide individuals and families much needed support to stabilize the living situations.Services are available in Spanish and English.
