The Downtown renaissance continues with the milestone project - Crossing/900. This project consists of a mid-rise office building with some retail and parking, and will create a new, welcoming gateway to our Downtown.

Important Resources

A Construction "Look Ahead"

Early to Mid-April
The final concrete mat pour (the fifth and final pour) will take place on Monday/Tuesday, April 14th/15th.  This mat pour will be the smallest of the pours. The expectation is that two concrete pumps will set up Monday, April 14th at midnight and concrete trucks will then cycle through continuously until approximately 6am on Tuesday, April 15th.

Operations during this next pour will allow Middlefield to remain open for the duration of the pour. Concrete trucks will stage within the fenced-in area along Middlefield (between Winslow and Hamilton).  As with previous mat pours, flagger(s) will be directing the concrete trucks in and out of the site.

Tower Crane B
Tower Crane A has been delivered and constructed. The contractor expects to receive clearance to have Tower Crane B delivered to the site on Monday, April 21st.  As soon as we receive confirmation on the actual date of arrival and logistics for the erection sequence of Tower Crane B, we will post an update.

Mid-April to September: Structural Steel
Structural steel is estimated to start arriving mid-April. Thereafter, we anticipate work to be solely focused on the steel erection, bolt up and welding which is expected to last through September 2014.
