Regional government
- The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space Districts board of directors voted unanimously at its Wednesday meeting to approve a resolution in opposition of developing the Cargill Saltworks site. The plan calls for up to 12,000 homes and open space on the 1,436-acre site in Redwood City and has been the subject of opposition by several area jurisdictions and leaders.
