Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article 17, Section 4 (H) of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow the outdoor storage of vehicles associated with this business. The project is located on a site that is approximately 97,100 square feet within the Industrial Restricted (IR) Zoning District.

Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article 9, Section
4, the City of Redwood City Zoning Ordinance. The project site is a 75,333 square foot lot located at 1616 Gordon Street in the Multi-Family—Medium Density (R-4-O Zoning District. The Use Permit application requests conversion of 4,574 square feet of the existing 5,600 square foot doctor’s office into eight (8) new rooms for sixteen (16) additional patients. Moreover, the project entails construction of a 1,093 square foot addition to the existing 16,187 square foot assisted living facility to expand the dining area.
