The applicant has submitted an application for a Use Permit
to allow for the sale of liquor at an existing check cashing
business, which is located within a multi-tenant commercial
building at 2595 Middlefield Road. The project site is located
within the General Commercial “CG” Zoning District
on a parcel of approximately 7,300 square feet with no on-site
parking.

2. 890 Second Ave (Redwood City Honda):
Application of Redwood City Honda for a Use Permit to occupy
an existing 11,200 sq. ft. (70’ x 160’) warehouse
building and to use an outdoor parking lot for the servicing
and sale of new and used, on-road and off-road motorcycles,
scooters, ATVs (all terrain vehicles), personal watercraft,
parts, accessories and clothing. The site is 0.96 acres in
size and contains 52 surface parking spaces. Redwood City
Honda would have 26 parking spaces.
