1. 1070-1072 15th Avenue (Deanna Martinez):
Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to the requirements
of Article 33.4 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow for the
enlargement of a nonconforming use. The applicant is requesting
to retain habitable space converted from a required garage.
A two-car carport has been proposed to replace the required
on-site parking. The lot is approximately 6,950 square feet
and is located in the “R-2” (Residential Duplex)
Zoning District.
