1. 233 Topaz Street (Debra Grecco – Sequoia
Preschool):
Application for a Use Permit to allow for a private preschool
and kindergarten use within an existing Church accessory
building (Sunday School Building). The proposed use would
occupy several downstairs class rooms (Rooms 2, 3, and 4)
and would result in the construct some additional outdoor
play equipment. The current site contains a sanctuary building
fronting on Topaz Street with a split level accessory building.
The lot size is approximately 1.67 acres and is located in
the Single-Family Residential “R-1” Zoning District.

2. 902 Woodside Road (Kobza & Associates):
Application for a Use Permit and Variance to allow the construction
of a new two-story dental office building. The Use Permit
is to allow the conversion of a residential unit to a non-residential
use, and the Variance if for one parking space. The building
will consist of 2,307 square feet. The lot size is approximately
6,380 square feet and is located in the General Commercial-Residential
(CG-R) Zoning District.

3. 260 Main Street (Christ Gospel Church of
Redwood City):
Application for a Use Permit to allow a church in complex
of office condominiums. The proposed church will occupy 200-260
Main Street (Units 18 and 19). The total space for the units
is approximately 3,100 square feet. The subject property
is located within the Industrial Park-Vehicular “IP-V” Zoning
District.
