a Variance to allow for the reduction of a rear yard setback
to fifteen feet nine inches (15’9”)

Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article of 17.4(h)
of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a collection and processing
facility for recyclable materials. The business provides
recycling services to businesses throughout the Bay Area.
There is also a buyback center which will primarily serve
San Mateo County residents and businesses alike. The building
is approximately 26,000 sq. ft. and the site area is approximately
53,940 sq. ft. with 32 parking spaces. The property is
located in the Industrial Restricted (IR) Zoning District.

4. 2750 El Camino Real (WL Butler):
Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article 15.4.N
of the Zoning Ordinance for an auto dealership in an existing
commercial/retail building in the General Commercial Combined
Residential (CG-R) Zoning District. The dealership would
include a vehicle showroom, parts and service shop, a new
accessory building for auto detailing, new mechanical equipment,
and a trash enclosure. A limited number of cars would be
displayed outside during the daytime only at the front of
the building. Landscaping and signage improvements are also
proposed.
