Application for a Use Permit pursuant to Article 15, Section
4.B and Article 35 of the Zoning Ordinance for the redevelopment,
maintenance and operation of a new (Chevron) service station
with eight fueling stations, a car wash, and a 2,200 square
foot mini-mart that would include sales of beer and wine.
The site is currently used as a service station, contains
approximately 23,185 square feet in area, and is located
in the General Commercial (CG) Zoning District.
