Application for a Use Permit pursuant to Article 26 Section
10.B and Article 33 Sections 6 and 10 of the Zoning Ordinance,
to allow West Coast Beauty Supply to maintain a tenant space

remodeled. The project side is approximately 8,300 square

The proposed massage use would be limited to one licensed
massage therapist available by appointment. The property
