Application for a Use Permit pursuant to Article 26 Section 10.B and Article 33 Sections 6 and 10 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow West Coast Beauty Supply to maintain a tenant space in the building at 2600 Broadway after the building is significantly remodeled.
