1. 1400 Radio Road (SBSA and City of Redwood City Recycled Water Facility):

Application for a Use Permit to allow for the construction of a single 51,700 square foot concrete structure containing Redwood City Recycled Water Disinfection/Storage/Pumping Facilities (DSP). More specifically, the structure will contain the recycled water chlorine contact tank, recycled water storage tanks, recycled water distribution pump station, and ancillary support equipment including underground pipelines and utilities. The DSP facility is located on property lease by Redwood City partially on a portion of SBSA buffer property (APN 095-012-440) and partially on a portion of the SBSA treatment plant property (APN 095-450-101). The buffer property is located within the Redwood Shores Bayfront Zone Specific Plan area, while the treatment plant property is located in the Tidal Plain “TP” Zoning District.
