1. 401 Warren (Gary Toig):
Application for a Use Permit pursuant to Article 33.19,
which states that any nonresidential use or structure that
is
nonconforming due to the number, size or location of parking
spaces may be changed to another use, expanded or enlarged
only upon approval of a Use Permit. The proposed project
would change a general office use on the third floor of
an existing building to a medical office use thereby increasing
the total on-site parking demand to 50 spaces where 40
spaces are currently provided. The subject property is
a 17,050 parcel which is currently developed with a 13,000
square foot 3-story office building within the Central
Administrative “CA” Zoning District.

2. 1500 Industrial Road (Peggy Lee for Copy Copies):
Application for a Use Permit to allow a copy, binding and
printing press business in a one story 9,700 sq. ft.
warehouse building, which occupies the entire lot. The proposed
business
will have six employees. As proposed, the business will
take orders for stationary type products over the phone,
on-line or email, then the order will be prepared on-premises
and ultimately delivered by vehicle, courier or mail.
Customers may order and pick-up in person as well. There
is no on-site
parking. The warehouse building in which the business
is proposed is located in the Industrial Restricted (IR)
Zoning
district.
