Application for a Planned Development Permit for construction of a new single-family home on a vacant parcel with an average slope greater than 30%. The site area is approximately 8,134 square feet and is located in the Residential Hillside (RH) Zoning District. The average slope is approximately 36%. As proposed, the new single-family home would be almost 4,000 square feet in floor area, including a two-car garage.
