Application for a Use Permit pursuant to Article 15, Section 4.N of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow the expansion of an existing auto dealership use. The property contains approximately 36,000 square feet and is located in the General Commercial (CG) Zoning District. The existing condition includes an approximately 17,500 square foot auto dealership building with a showroom, offices, parts storage and service center. As proposed, a second story addition to the building of approximately 1,400 square feet would result in a total floor area of 19,067 square feet.
