Application for a Use Permit to construct a new exterior elevator addition to an existing two-story, 5,980 square foot commercial building to allow a second floor medical use. The site is 20,000 square feet in size and is located in the “IP” (Industrial Park) zoning district.

Vacant Kaiser Hospital property located at the SE Corner of Veterans Blvd. and Maple Street (Kaiser Permanente)

Application for a PC (Planned Community) Permit to allow a farmer’s market with up to 16 vendors within the vacant Kaiser property located at the SE corner of Veterans Blvd. and Maple Street (adjacent to the existing parking structure). Hours of operation would be from 10am to 2pm every Wednesday. Vendors would park behind their booths on the perimeter of the lot and would sell produce, bread and other nutritional food products.
