1. 749 Brewster Avenue (Sequoia Health Services)

Application of Sequoia Health Services for a Use Permit pursuant to Article 33, Section 19 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a medical health and wellness clinic within an existing 7,700 square foot commercial building on property with substandard parking (13 stalls provided where 38 stalls are normally required for medical clinics). The subject site is approximately 12,500 square feet and is located in the Commercial Administrative (CA) Zoning District.

2. 611 & 617 Veterans Blvd. (Kirk Cassius)

Application of Kirk Cassius for a Variance, pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Article 18.9. C, to allow the installation of a pedestrian bridge between two commercial buildings within The Monterey Offices located at 611 and 617 Veterans Boulevard. The proposed pedestrian bridge would be located nine-feet from the rear yard property line where 15 feet is normally required on property located in the IP (Industrial Park) Zoning District.
