Application for Variance pursuant to Article 5 Section 9.C
of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a second story addition
to an existing single-family home. The proposed addition
would be located above an existing wall line resulting in
a rear yard setback of approximately 9 feet for an eight
foot wall line, where 20 feet is required. A total floor
area of approximately 165 square feet is proposed to be located
within the rear yard setback area. The total proposed addition
comprises 1,367 square feet. No increase in the existing
building footprint for the home is proposed within the setback
area. The property is approximately 6,711 square feet in
area and is located in the Single-Family Residential (R-1)
Zoning District.

Zada):
Application for a Use Permit pursuant to Article 15 Section
4.E of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a new restaurant
(a deli) with alcohol sales for off-site consumption. The
site is approximately 13,700 square feet in area and
is
located
at the southeast corner of Woodside Road and Central
Avenue in the General Commercial Combined Residential (CG-R)
Zoning
District. The deli is proposed to occupy an approximately
1,000 square foot tenant space in an existing commercial/retail
building.
