Application for a Use Permit to allow for a pizza restaurant
with deliveries. Pedestrian access to the site will be provided
via a retail storefront on Main Street, while vehicular access
for deliveries to the property is provided via Walnut Street.
The 1,800 square foot tenant space is located in the Central
Business Retail “CBR” District on an 8,300 square
foot parcel. General hours of operation will be from 11:00
AM to 10:00 PM.
