1. 840 Corriente Pointe (William and Lenita Rich):
Application for a Planned Development Amendment (PDA)
to allow for retroactive approval of rear yard modifications
to the upper slope of the Redwood Shores Lagoon Bank. The
modifications include the construction of a “U”
shaped patio that has been lowered about 2 feet into the existing
grade through the excavation of the lagoon bank. The subject
lot is approximately 3,906 square feet and is located in the
Laguna Pointe Subdivision in the Redwood Shores community.
