Application for a Planned Development Amendment to reconstruct a fixed boat dock and rear yard deck on the Redwood Shores Lagoon at 20 Spinnaker Place.  Article 25.6 regulates the development in, on, and over water bodies in the City subject to first securing a Planned Development Permit.
