1. 45 Fulton Avenue (Una Kinsella for Mary Cox/Adele Cox):
Application of Mary Cox and Adele Cox for a Variance, per the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance, Article 30 to allow the relocation and reconstruction of a one car garage. Under the proposal, the existing residence will be substantially remodeled, thus considered a “new” home. As such, a two car garage or carport is required. As proposed, the residence will be less than 2,000 square feet in size and will not contain more than 3 bedrooms, therefore, will be allowed to maintain the one car garage rather than build a two car garage or carport. The property is located within the “R1-8” Residential-Single-Family Zoning District (with 8,000 sq. ft. min. lot size).
