Application for a Temporary Use Permit, pursuant to section 17.4 (D&H) of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a dog and cat adoption center on the AT&T facility while the adoption center’s new building is constructed at 873 Fifth Avenue.  The subject property is located within the Industrial Restricted (IR) Zoning District and the approximate lot size is 5.7 acres.

2. 2342 El Camino Real (Tasha Skinner for Cingular Wireless):

Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article 38, Section 3 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a wireless telecommunication facility on the roof-top of an existing two-story commercial office building. The property contains 23 on-site parking spaces. The proposed project involves the installation and integration of six panel antennas within the existing parapet and extending the parapet with fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) on the rooftop and three equipment cabinets which will be placed on the ground level within the building.  The subject site is approximately 15,986 square feet and is located in the General Commercial-Residential (CG-R) Zoning District.
