Application for a Use Permit pursuant to Section 33.19 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for nonconforming parking for a commercial (nonresidential) use.  The proposed use, Community Street Jam (a dance fitness studio), would occupy one tenant space approximately 5,936 square feet within an existing commercial building. The subject property has 70 on-site parking spaces of which 42 are required for existing tenants leaving a balance of 28 on-site parking spaces. The subject use requires approximately 42 parking spaces; therefore, the applicant is requesting a shared parking for 14 parking spaces.
