Application of T-Mobile c/o Sutro Consulting, LLC for a Use Permit and Architectural Permit to allow a wireless telecommunication facility on the roof-top of an existing three-story quasi-public building. The proposed project involves the installation and integration of eight panel antennas Mounted behind a screen wall and extending the parapet with fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) on the rooftop and four equipment cabinets which will be placed on the ground level within the building. The property is located on the hillside between Jefferson Avenue and Farm Hill Road comprised of 115,000 square feet. The church is located within the R-1 (single-family - low density) District.

Application of Kofuku-no-kagaku USA, The Institute for Research in Human Happiness for a Use Permit to continue the operation of a church with two separate parking lots. The church will operate Tuesday through Sunday with various hours of operation ranging from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The church will be staffed with two onsite personnel, and will range from 4 to 10 cars on site during operational hours. The site is 9,354 square feet and contains four (4) parking spaces on site and 15 off-site parking spaces in the parking lot across the street on Clinton, with plans to increase the parking. The church is located within the R-4 (Multi-Family - Medium Density) District.
