1. 850 Woodside Road (Nexcycle):

Application for Nexcycle pursuant to section 15.4 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance for a Use Permit to operate outside a building.  Nexcycle proposes to amend their current use permit that allows for recycling storage igloo containers to a single storage container (8’ x 17’).  The site is 86,588 square feet which contains 128 parking spaces on site.  The recycle facility is located within the CG-R (Commercial General Residential overlay) District.

2. 400 Saginaw Dr. (Abbott Vascular, Inc):

Application for Abbott Vascular, Inc. pursuant to section 46 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance for an amendment to an existing Planned Development Permit for an outside 11’-5”x25’-7” (292) square foot chemical storage locker.  The storage locker would be used to store used light bulbs, alcohol wipes, etc.  The site is comprised of 135,000 square feet, with a 60,529 square foot commercial building associated with the storage locker.  The property is located within the IP (industrial park) District.
