2. 1130 Hopkins Avenue (Karl Schultz):
An application for a Use Permit to allow for the conversion
of a 990 square-foot vacant tenant space to dental office
space at an existing dental office building. The
space has been vacant for over a year and said tenant improvements
would not increase the footprint of the existing building. The
applicant is proposing a staggered schedule for all dentists
that would be working at the project site such that the
maximum floor area in use at any given time would not exceed
the minimum parking spaces required for the dental office
use. The property consists of approximately 17,455
square feet and is located within the Residential Multi-Family
/ Office Combining Zoning District (R-5-O).
